Working with Jennifer at Turnkey provided us with a customized and detailed Italy itinerary that included our wishes and great insight & recommendations from her! There were several meetings that led up up to this 2-week trip to ensure that she was meeting our needs and that we completely understood the itinerary. The communication continued via the Trip App with updates and any changes that occurred in a timely manner. The details provided in the app were exceptional at keeping us organized, providing directions & valuable notes such as wardrobe expectations!
