So knowledgeable & incredibly attentive!

We were apprehensive about planning a trip through a time of uncertainty with COVID restrictions, shifting protocols, etc. Jen’s calm guidance and reassurance helped us move forward with our plans. By keeping us informed of ongoing changes and how they would or would not impact our travel plans, and by helping us navigate insurance needs, we were at ease as our trip approached.
